Our overall strategy is driven by organic and acquisitive growth into the two core areas of the business: Recruitment and Talent Management. By successfully introducing these divisions to our customers and expanding our service offering, we have seen longer term, higher value annuity, taking Rethink Group into new territory.
With the ability to cross sell the two divisions of the business, we provide services that compliment one another and add real value. Our strategic acquisitions have helped us achieve very rapid growth, reaching a turnover of £115m after only ten years. We now have over 250 staff in 8 office locations in the UK, Ireland, Middle East, Australia and the USA.
