Due to an increase in role volumes, RTM are looking for an on-site resourcing specialist to join our on-site account team in Osterley, recruiting for an extremely well-known and successful company within the media and broadcast industry.

We’re looking for someone who does have some prior experience in recruitment –  it doesn’t matter whether you’ve been agency side, RPO or internal – so long as you are passionate about recruiting fantastic people for your clients.


Your role will encompass:

  • Attending face to face role briefings with the hiring managers (with your team lead) to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the vacancies
  • Proactively sourcing for permanent roles across areas such as Finance, HR, Technology, Digital and Content
  • Engaging with active and passive candidates, conveying the client’s EVP and promoting them as an employer of choice
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate journey during the application and recruitment process
  • Lead face to face, telephone or Skype interviews with candidates using competency based questions
  • Create an understanding of candidates’ career goals and key drivers for their next role
  • Able to confidently take a candidate reference when required


Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Confident with Boolean searching and experienced with using a variety of search tools such as advertising, LinkedIn recruiter, CV searching, social media, referrals and CRM systems / databases to source active and passive candidates
  • Confident with CV and telephone screening
  • Comfortable with conveying a client’s EVP to an applicant
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo would be advantageous but not essential as you will receive full training
